Restart Illustrator after installation. Confirm that the extension was installed for the current user and the supported Illustrator version.

License is not validated
Check internet access, license key and device activation status. If the device has changed, use the license transfer procedure or contact support.

Printing Unit Capacity Exceeded
The number of active printing inks exceeds the machine profile. Check process, spot and white ink assignments. Finishing must not be counted as a printing color.

Wrong layout dimensions
Recheck Paper Width, Across, Flow, bleed and Extra Spacing. Verify the cut path corresponds to the correct finished size.

Unexpected winding direction
Verify the selected A/B direction tile and the job information field before regenerating the layout.

PDF not found
Check whether Save PDF Automatically to Default Path is enabled and verify the configured output folder. Also check Illustrator document saving.

Before contacting support
Record the SIGA version, Illustrator version, macOS version, exact error text and the steps that reproduce the issue. Do not send license keys in public screenshots.
